Heart & Home

Because you cannot do deep inner work if your body and physical environment are constantly triggering stress responses.

Over the years, I’ve noticed how deeply our external environments affect our internal world. The clutter in our homes, the toxins in our products, the plastics we use and consume daily, don’t just impact our physical health, they impact our clarity, our nervous system, our energy, and our ability to feel aligned.

Throughout shifting my own home to be more natural and conducive to healing, I discovered how overwhelming it can be to do alone and on a tight budget. I grew passionate about making this transition simple and quick. I also grew to find minimalism and intentional living are tightly woven into the concept, so I created Heart & Home to help you focus on resetting your home, your health, your happiness & your life.

This isn’t just about decluttering or swapping products. It includes coaching to uncover the root cause of the clutter and why we hold onto what no longer serves us, why we over-consume, and why we sometimes continue investing in products and patterns that quietly make us sick.

Together, we’ll explore the emotional, energetic, and subconscious layers beneath the physical environment.

Because clutter is rarely just clutter.

And toxins aren’t just physical.

This work blends practical detox support (household toxins, plastics, intentional product swaps) with conscious decluttering and aligned living. It’s about creating a space that supports who you are becoming, not who you used to be.

When your home shifts, your energy shifts.

And when your energy shifts, everything shifts... into alignment.
