Fall Equinox Cacao & Balance Ceremony

We’ll begin by opening our hearts with a ceremonial cacao journey, working with ceremonial-grade cacao (Fly Kakao) to ground into the season of release and renewal. Let your heart soften and open to the medicine of gratitude, presence, and connection.

From this heart-centred space, we’ll walk the land and pick organic pears from the surrounding orchard — a sweet and tangible way to receive the abundance you’ve sown this year.

​

We’ll then move through a balance meditation and breathwork practice to realign your energy with the rhythm of nature, followed by a slow, grounding yoga flow to support inner stability as the seasons shift.

As the sun sets, we’ll close with the sacred sounds of live shamanic drumming — anchoring your intentions, awakening your roots, and attuning you to the wisdom of this transitional time.

Important Notes:

• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in and park

• Bring a journal and something to write with

• Please bring a yoga mat and/or blanket for comfort

• Cacao can be mildly dehydrating — hydration is encouraged

• A waiver must be signed before attending (found on booking form during payment)

 

What to Wear:

Please wear something that feels natural, comfortable, and beautiful for movement, sitting, and ceremony. Earthy or fall-toned clothing is welcome. Layers are encouraged, as the evening cools and fall weather can be unpredictable.

 

In Case of Rain:

We’ll adapt with a covered space or reschedule if needed. The Fall Equinox teaches us to surrender with grace — even unexpected weather carries its own magic.
