What To Expect:

Step into the soft, glowing sanctuary of the Healing Salt Cave, where ancient salt walls surround you and microscopic salt particles gently cleanse your lungs and skin.

 

This monthly gathering blends halotherapy with breathwork, energy medicine, meditation, and intention setting—timed to align with the fresh energy of the new moon.

We’ll begin by setting intentions and grounding in the cave’s healing atmosphere, breathing deeply as the salt clears and purifies from the inside out. Then, you're guided into meditation and breathwork designed to help you embody your intentions for manifestation; amplified by powerful energy medicine performed throughout.

• A blanket and a zero gravity chair

What to Wear:
Please wear comfortable and warm clothing. Layers are encouraged as the cave can feel cool. Option to wear clothes you wouldn’t mind getting salty incase you wanted to lay on the ground where the salt molds to your body.

Important Notes:

• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in and get comfortable

• Bring a journal and pen for intention setting and reflections

• Water is encouraged to stay hydrated after the session

• Two waivers will be signed upon booking (DNA Alchemy and Salt Cave)

If the event must be rescheduled or adapted due to unforeseen circumstances, all attendees will be notified promptly. This is a reminder to trust that every thing happens the way it's meant to even when it seems inconvenient at times.
